Utilizing lite grip pressure, players focus on dinks while also working on control and placement with 1 player dinking straight and the other diagonal. This drill can be done with 2 players on one side of the kitchen or with 4 players using the entire kitchen.
This is a great drill for not only working on your muscle memory for utilizing lite grip pressure while executing drops from the kitchen, transition zone, and 3rd shot drops, but also gets you moving your feet while hitting shots.
Players focus on using a lite grip pressure to control dinks while also ensuring their feet are shuffling.
In this drill, players work on their transition to the kitchen with 3 drops on the way in and 3 soft block volley resets on the way back to the baseline.
